Whether you have 25 or 125 pounds to lose, our team of multi-disciplinary medical professionals are here to motivate, support and guide you through safe and rapid weight loss and long-term weight management.
The Weight Management program combines a dietary regimen with education and counseling in three areas: nutrition, behavior modification, and exercise. The goal is to help you achieve weight management success through reinforcement of successful behavioral changes.

The orientation will discuss our various weight loss options in great detail, help you decide which program best fits your needs, and also look into your health insurance coverage.

Weekly Medical Monitoring
- Registered Dietitian
- Fitness Specialist
- Health Educator
- Medical Doctor
- Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) is a structured, three phased program using high protein, very low calorie meal replacements. Participants receive weekly medical monitoring. Average weight loss is 3 to 6 pound per week.
Health insurance may cover some program fees.
- Low Calorie Diet (LCD) is a delicious low-calorie program that blends nutritious meal replacements with healthy meals and snacks. Average weight loss is 2 to 4 pounds per week.
- Nutrition Exchange Program, our Registered dietician will provide you with a healthy balanced eating plan designed to help you lose weight while you participate in weekly support and education classes. All plans incorporate American Heart Association and American Dietetic Association guidelines.
- Nutritional Counseling, our Registered dieticians have been providing nutritional counseling for nearly 20 years. They can design an eating plan to help you lose weight, or tailor a diet to help you manage a disease like diabetes. All plans incorporate American Heart Association and American Dietetic Association guidelines.
