The Weight Management program combines a dietary regimen with education and counseling in three areas: nutrition, behavior modification, and exercise. The goal is to help you achieve weight management success through reinforcement of successful behavioral changes.

Weekly Medical Monitoring
- Exercise Physiologist

- Registered Dietician
- Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) is a structured, three phased program using high protein, very low calorie meal replacements. Participants receive weekly medical monitoring. Average weight loss is 3 to 6 pound per week.
Health insurance may cover some program fees.
- Low Calorie Diet (LCD) is a delicious low-calorie program that blends nutritious meal replacements with healthy meals and snacks. Average weight loss is 2 to 4 pounds per week.
